Let me share something i did that made someone's day...
But first, i shall share how she earned it! ;)
It all happened when me and shah was dining in Pizza Hut..
A lovely Indian lady greeted us and led us to an empty table..
Shah was cold and looked up the ceiling to see if the aircon was nearby..So did i..
The Indian Lady, well, let's call her May..
May saw the "looking at the ceiling" moments and shifted us to a warmer place..
Cudros! 1 point for that!
Next, u c, me n shah equals to 2 people rite? ..duh!..
so a table with two seats is enough rite? but well, she got one table and joined it to another one..thus nw, its not so crammed to eat and the extra chairs can be used to place our bags.. so thoughtful of her!
1 more point for that!
Then, after finish eating..May asked us: "How was ur meal ma'am?"
Slightly shocked, we answered: "It was good"
I mean of coz we wouldnt sae, "oh, the pasta was too oily, no taste, should have more cheese...."..Hey..we're nice customers u noe..
For bothering to ask, she score 1 more point!
She was gone but came back with...gez wat?..with two glasses of warm water for us! errr... did we request that? Nope!! ..did we need that? Yupz! it was cold u c! woohoo
1 more point for being alert!
So me and shah continued chatted... and she came again!
Now, she brought two set of serviettes! yes ..not one but two! one set of wet ones and one set of dry ones... we were obviously stunned, then she said, "it's for u to clean ur hands after eating the chicken"......then we go like..." orghh!"...n did we ask for the serviettes again? Nope! :)
1 more point for being kind!
Thrilled, Shah wanted more:
"elo, jacket dun have ah?" {we were still cold!}
So , just when i put the last piece of drumlet on the plate..she came again!! She brought something we didnt ask for again.....the BILL!
1 more point for being automatic!
So, in total, she scored a well deserved 6 points! Good work May!
Oh wait, i forgot to mention..May was superly-extra-nice to US ONLY! haha....

As a reward, we wrote a kind note to her..
hmm..actually it was a Thank You card provided to us la...we just have to fill in her name and ours...haha.. i'm pretty sure u have seen the card before...its pink and almost every counter at a retail outlet provided it... Its meant for us, customers to show our appreciation towards a certain staff... It might mean nothing to us, but i'm sure it meant a lot for the staff!
excuse me, dealing with customers aint easy u noe.. but of coz.. im an exception ;)
